Re: Rough feeling on deceleration
How many miles on the bike? Maybe the clutch pulleys are hanging and causing extra belt vibrations? Disassemble Clutch assembly and inspect the slide and pin the pulleys ride on.

Re: OTD price for 2019 PCX 150 w/ ABS?
Walk in with $4k cash and say that's all you have. I'm in So Cal.
I bought a New RUCKUS about a decade back. Sticker was $2,999.00 and walked out of there at $2,250.00 (granted my buddy hooked me up) but it gives you an idea how much mark up these bikes have.

I cant stand not having a Tach on my bikes. Mandatory to tune the CVT properly for performance.
TTO tach. Highly recommend.

Finally finished my radiator cover. Didn't polish it like I did the Ankle biter but I'm happy with it. If and when i stretch it, should look real nice.

Re: 70000km (40000 miles) CVT/engine service?
Finally, my actual questions are: 1. If you were in my shoes, which parts of the engine and CVT would you take a look at or simply just swap out as a precaution? 2. Does the PCX service manual mandate any major procedures or part swaps after this many driven km's? 1. Go with an aftermarket Variator...

Re: dr pulley rollers / sliders
Im sure its fine. If it runs fine and shifts properly, it will be ok. They are sliders so the odd shape can cause some to rattle around at idle. If you are worried, take it apart and make sure you installed the sliders correctly. BTW I would recommend going lighter. 12-13g sliders is much better. Hi...

Let us know which springs you change over too. Curious how much it helps acceleration.Gil wrote:I'm not too far from you guys. I'm gonna try stiffer clutch springs. At launch my scoots RPM drops considerably when the clutch engages. I think I could gain a second.

Re: Belt chatter?
Saturating the clutch assembly with solvents .....isn't there some lubricant in there trying to work? Fish yeah probably not the smartest thing. Clutch assembly bushing need grease..... OP, is it belt chatter or clutch chatter? What about stiffer clutch springs? Groove the clutch pads to allow more...

Re: Advice for exhaust
My Wirus Win exhaust with the silencer installed is really quiet. Not stock quiet but its pretty dang quiet. plus the exhaust itself is Carbon so is even lighter than a Stainless one.
Most Japanese exhausts are really quiet given they have strict regulations.

Re: 2019 150 USA model 13G roller review.
Just an FYI for future use... I dug into my 2020 pcx 150, only 5 weeks old, because i just had to know the OE roller weights. Removed rollers and weighed them on my wifes digital food scale. 17grams. So a 2019 or 2020 pcx 150 has 17gram rollers from the factory. Probably gonna try 14 g dr pulleys. ...
