Since you are so insistive... That thing is not an aftermarket part! It's a modification. You cut the existing piece of plastic and you combine it with a floor drain cover! Voilà!

I am am so insistive because almost every Thai tuned Forza has this panel and it is the same for all

I think it is only decorative but while running more air reach the engine and this should be an advantage.
About rain, my mechanic told me is not a problem because spark has a rubber sealing
