I'm waiting the new carter to arrive (11341-KWN-780 for PCX 125 2015) to open transmission and check CVT Variator and Clutch inside... let's hope for the best!

Yep, I've noticed the same detail, so or the central nut has not been properly screwed or they used wrong parts as Gn2 advise, but for the burn signs it seems to make really a lot of friction like metal with metal... I will let you know soon guys, thanks for your helpYorkie150 wrote:on your first image it looks like the fan blades have been catching against the casing ....Has the bearing failed? Can you hold the big nut and move the fan and shaft sideways ? does it wobble about ?
The CVT external cover, in my case P/N 11341KWN780Yorkie150 wrote:Sorry but what’s a Carter ?
