Another muffler modification I did during this weekend. The reason I think the ECU limits by speed is, it goes the same top speed on the centerstand at max throttle as it does under load. It's entirely possible it's limited by RPM or another measure though -- I'm by no means a Honda engineer, just a backyard mechanic speculating. My PCX has the same sym...
