I think I will dress up as a human this year. I wonder if anyone else will. I dont like it when everyone else gets the same idea for costumes. :-/

Get a "snake skin jacket" . . . that'l scare the hell outta people.

From "Wild at Heart". . . one freakin crazy movie. . .. Not recommended for sensitive souls.

Now that is a good idea!
...but I don't think my wife would approve. We already have a few grumpy old men in our neighborhood.

Speaking of neighborhood, we had our second snake visitor in our carport the other day...a copperhead again.
...and yet our next door neighbor lets their 2 year old run around the street and their own uncut back yard at nightfall in just his diaper. They have been warned. This area is known for them.

Honkerman is all set with his pumpkin colored bike.. Just add a scary pumpkin and the kids will love you.

I have seen some pumpkin costumes. Maybe Honkerman can dress up to look like a mobile pumpkin...

Hmmm...anyone heard of the headless pumpkin riding the back roads after dark, ready to throw pumpkins at unsuspecting children??

I was walking through the community the other day and stopped to take a photo of this monstrous bush (?)
Back at home base I put a little Halloween paint on.
I think it suits him

I'll be a busy demon today handing out treats to roughly 700 or more kids, parents, teens 'n babies.
The screamin' banchee's will be arriving soon...say 3:30pm.
(I'm so tempted to leave the candy and ride away. But, I won't)

Just got back from a ride. We saw plenty of ghoulish silliness, but then this, in a community that is a bit famous for horses and a hunt club:

Yup. Huge, life size horses (bigger, actually), a mighty pack of hounds, and the leader with his hunting horn. Far cooler than your basic blow-up pumpkin. I wish I had had my regular camera.

Thanks OldG! Love that Creepy bush. It was a Fun day here for sure and the kids costumes just got better and better! Some scary real!! Unbelievable!

George, That Is Incredible! Kudo's to the Family for taking their time to prop them all up. Bet that was a task. If That were in my hood I'd def ride over to see it

Thanks kram! See, You can visualize it! What a Creepy growth pattern. Wait! You should see it at night in the shadows of a nearby lamp-post. Be afraid...be very afraid

A nearby neighbor took this photo around 4:30pm. This was just the beginning, so the crowd you see is small. By 6pm the streets were full, kids were crashing into each other, tripping over one another yelling, screaming laughing...A Great Time was Had By ALL!

Let me add that their parents were present too. Most of them in costume

We had 6 Security cars roaming our community while others remained at our entrances. No one was to get hurt, Not under their watch. No vehicles were allowed in between the hours of 4 and 9pm. Safety first (something different, right?

Best of all..., EVERYONE was polite. "Trick or Treat. Thank You and Happy Halloween!"
I Must've heard that 800 times or more.
