The closest I ever want to get to a track like that when it's full of bikes is about 1000 feet above it in a helicopter.

The amazing doctor that follows these riders with all his medical gear narrates this video. Of course he's dead now because if you ran every TT race your time would be limited. Fascinating death race that really makes no sense to me but still legal for the Irish.

The Doctor's video should be seen by all. Good and detailed info on crashes.homie wrote:The amazing doctor that follows these riders with all his medical gear narrates this video. I like the video in the OP because it captures and conveys beautifully the fascination of great and controlled speed. Motorcycle racing is at all times dangerous, but especially so in these Irish races where the track is narrow and often bordered with stone walls, trees, buildings, hedges, etc.

That would be BIG FUN but I think some of us would still crash. Is there a doctor among us? Or a priestGlassMan wrote:Let's all pack up our pcx' s and head for the Isle of Mann. We won't set any lap speed records , but it would be soooo much FUN !!!

The T.T Is too expensive, and too crowded, and already booked for next year.GlassMan wrote:Let's all pack up our pcx' s and head for the Isle of Mann. We won't set any lap speed records , but it would be soooo much FUN !!!
But the Classic Manx is just as good, more room to see./more room to ride round.Or the one I would like to see.
