Gonna need more info than that. What belt, miles on the bike, mileage between belt breakage, etc.
With what you put up so far, I recommend putting the stock parts in and calling it well enough.

What belts are you using?
All aftermarket ones are of inferior quality to the standard one.
The guaranteed cure to the problem is to refit all the standard parts.

It's probably an incompatible mixture of parts or the incorrect parts for the bike.
There are plenty of theads on here as to what works and what doesn't.

Your mix n match pulleys are probably causing out of alignment. Run it on the stand with the cover off to see if the belt looks crooked.

If using a Malossi belt, they are wider so get pushed further out. With NYC 120mm pulley half you may be rubbing the belt on the casing?

If the belt is pushed out too far, it will also be hanging half off the pully. Run it on the stand with the cover off to see.
