Fair play on the loading and riding. I couldn't do that. Respect.

I believe someone posted a picture of a scooter in India that was being used to transport a broken scooter to the shop. It was sitting crossways on the back of the functioning scooter. The rider himself seemed quite comfortable.
Currently own:
Red 2013 Honda PCX150

Givi tall windshield & tailbox - Lots of extra lights
Custom seat from Thailand - Bad Boy Airhorn
Takegawa Lowering Shocks - Michelin City Grip Tires
Headlight assy upgraded to LEDs w/HS5 main bulbs
NCY variator, drive face, and rollers

How is that possible? Surely it would pivot and the front wheel would lift?

I think few riders know how limited is their scooter's rated load limit.
Many 300+cc scooters have a load limit of @370lbs. A Gold Wing is rated at 418........,guess how many motorcycles and scooters with 2-up are riding about overloaded!
The argument is that manufacturers rate their bikes at around 70% of what they can actually carry.
Maybe.
