under the stoop...

Post by homie »

Something living under my porch is driving my dogs batty. I Really didn't want to know but Mobius action cam and a can of tuna tells the story.... it's a fricken zoo out there

Looks like you got both a raccoon and a skunk! Is that skunk doing handstands? Seems like you got a circus, not a zoo!

All I get are foxes and hedgehogs, occasionally an otter.
And haggises in season.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

I'm starting a play list as this saga continues each night until I get the skunk. No animal will be harmed and I don't see any skunk family activity so far. He has to relocate because skunks under mine the slab which cost plenty when it buckles. Also it's only a matter of time before my dogs get in the mix which is never good o_O

I released the Raccoon right away as he obviously is not the one living under the porch. Thanks to the inexpensive Mobius action cam this was possible to sort out. I don't think I could leave a Go-Pro on the lawn all night and sleep well.

Yes the skunk does seem all jacked up and pissed (hopefully because the Coon ate his dinner and not because he wanted to squirt my camera) Surprisingly the raccoon could care less about that horrific butt blast the skunk was pumping up.

It gets challenging now as the Coon will return and there are several other short vids the sensor timed off where the raccoon was taking a corn cob right out of the side of the cage and licking that tuna can clean after snaking it out as well. Coons are so darn cleaver, I was surprised he had not been trapped before or he would never have tripped that trap... he won't go in again but he will steal the bait again tonight if I don't find a way to secure it long enough for the skunk.

Are they highland haggises? Beautiful creatures with their right legs shorter than their left so they can roam the hills.

You know Chief and I couldn't find any images of this darn critter (Haggises) the last time you mentioned it... I think its just man code for how you describe your women over there in Scotland.

The problem with the Highland Haggis is he can only walk up hills in one direction, if he turns around he rolls down the hill :D :D
