Hi,
If anybody can help me, I need to change the oil in my scooter and bought a Mobil 1 10w-30 High Milage but not sure to use this one or a 10w-40 motorcycle oil??
I dont understand the manual say's it needs to be JASO T 903, and the one I bought say's API SL.
THANK YOU I WOULD APPRECIATE IT, It's my first honda

Manual say 10W-30 and it also says JASO MB rating so your Mobil 1 is correct. You do not need to buy motorbike specific oil because most of them are JASO MA

Always use the slippery kind of oil, the sticky stuff is no good.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

It is my understanding from the manual that it must not be energy conserving 2. I always use Honda motorcycle oil 10/30. I figure that way I cant mess anything up. My climate is -3 deg c to 28 deg c. I also change it ever 2500km, my personal preference. Oil is cheep, do it myself, longer engine life.
Happiness is two wheels and a full tank of gas!
