Sneezing can cause a crash. I don't think I've done that while riding yet......

Wipe it around and it will reduce shield fogging.

I am lucky that all of the responses to my question are from doctors and/or scientists who have researched this. Can i have your agreement to allow me to publish the responses in a scientific journal? If i win the Nobel Prize, i will not be sharing it with anyone.

Recent research shows that the urge to sneeze can be removed by simply punching yourself in the bollocks.
So next time you fel the need to sneeze, clench your (left) fist and give yourself a good whack in the family jewels.
That'll sort it :D

I cough, no problem.

Haven't ever felt the urge to sneeze though. I've also been increasingly good at keeping my mouth shut even if I sneeze, though it'll hurt a little bit.

If nothing else, I'd recommend trying to tuck your lower lip under your upper lip so whatever crap goes down and not into your shield.

Coughing and sneezing happen. It's not a big deal. It doesn't do anything to your face shield.

Then there's the measley piece of hair left behind in yer lid that tickles yer forehead. That! drives me crazy. Always hated being tickled growing up. Older brother thought it was funny. Not! I have to pull over, off the lid, and give it a wipe inside to rid the nasty. Oh, and I did sneeze once, but used some self control in doing so (not dramatic like I do outside the lid)

I find it helpful to breathe through a piece of old vacuum cleaner hose while I ride. Cut a hole in the chin piece of your full face so that the hose has a ram air effect. Plug your nose with a clothes pin.

Now, when you cough, any waste products go outside your helmet and onto the windshield of the vehicle behind you. No foggy visor issues, either, as all exhaled air is routed outside.

@kcpcx. That "ram air" idea is working pretty well. With the hose in my mouth, the urge to cough or sneeze is completely gone. My cheeks are blown out like a trombone player.... even at low speeds.

That's not the worse thing. What about the idiotic song that goes through you head as you are putting on your jacket and you can't get out of your mind for the whole ride?

da da da what you do and what you don't ...

^ ;) ^ Oh yeah, oh yeah.....
I'll Hum it, sing it, think it and go Crazy Insane with it! There's no shaking a song till it leaves my head like the way it arrived. On its own. I can carry the same song with me for 24 hours or better. And....get this! I can actually hear the artist himself/herself singing it word for word! Vividly! They can be dead or alive in reality, but sure as hell alive in my head and singing it just for me  Like a friggin' private concert!

I'll say it for ya'll.....I'm "Crazy" :D
