I like to check out pictures of scooters in Paris, Rome, Spain, etc.
Found this for you PCX nuts.
And a couple of rain & scooter pix. (I like riding in the rain on city streets and country roads)
Do check out that mutt in a PGM FI'd box!
Fish
Nice pics! Although I don't like driving the scooter under the rain... the good thing of these scooters is that (properly equipped with high windshields) one does not get as wet as in other types of motorcycles
Here's three very protective screens (all mounted on Piaggio MP3's). I had the same color Azure (skyblue) MP3, but I used a med height Fabbri screen. Loved that screen! Quality was as good as Givi or Better!
How's this for keeping the wet off

Let me just mention that the tall tall windscreen that goes all the way over the bike is very interesting, though I think it would be a problem in the summer. That doesn't look like a pcx that it is on, though I have seen pictures of one fitted on a pcx.

But it isn't raining..
YEY! soon I will be reviving my old thread, "It's Raining" Yuck
To Mel, you're right it's Not a PCX in the above pics, it's an MP3
And yes, I too remember the PCX with the full overhead canopy screen. I think Dave posted that pic awhile back. Makes me wonder if it would be top heavy

What are some of the advantages to adding a tall wind screen? To me it seems like it's a big sail in front of the bike slowing you down...can the PCX still reach 60-65 mph with a windshield?

I'm sure that with a tall windshield the scooter will slow down a little bit, but what I want is full protection from the elements, and I gladly trade some km/h for protection from wind, bugs, water, etc
