Parts replacement with tire/brake changes?

I have a 2022 PCX 150A with around 7,000 miles, and I'm replacing the front/rear tires and brakes. The Service Manual appears to suggest that all manner of gaskets and even the rear swing arm bearing (!) be replaced in these processes (see attachment for example). On a three year-old scooter with 7,000 miles are all these new parts really necessary? Thanks.
