Does anyone know how you remove the caps from the top off the 2021 pcx125 fork top ?

Hello there, I am about to do the same upgrade as was wondering how much fork oil you put in when you assembled the fork my instructions do not list. Also what distance did the fork oil measure from the top of the fork? Are you happy with the upgrade?
