WHAT the heck flag is this

Relatively new neighbors ran this flag up the pole recently,
I guessed Greek - seemed like I'd seen a Greek flag sort of like this. Possibly "Wyomingans"? (Wyomans?) Wyoming probably have a flag - but likely has a buffalo on it.

Daughter suggested lady of the house is letting women know she distributes "ULTA Beauty" products.

Mother-in-law thought they might be some sort of Canadians. (she suspects everyone of something...)

The fuzzy layout looks like "Old Glory" but the stars are white on red.

It was folded over and the wetted dye ran through mirroring the image of a flag .. I might stay away from them though ???????

Palm trees everywhere - I have 3 in my front garden. Restaurants are great - many on the beach where you can sit outside and watch the waves. Am riding most days. Has got chilly this week - dropped to a bone numbing 48F last night .
