I am having the same problem. I have a 28" inseam and am on my tippey toes when starting out. Got to solve problem.

This is how I solved my too tall PCX problem. I got the seat cut and plastic welded then re-covered, plus I bought Takegawa lowering shocks. Now I can have both feet flat on the ground, even wearing sneakers moving the PCX around the driveway.

We have Takegawa lowering shocks on our bikes and lower seats we ordered from powerbypcx.com. My wife also has boots with 3 inch soles she got on Amazon.com. Demonia Ranger boots. She is only 5 ft. Tall with a 27 inch inseam. It works. That is what counts.
