Mounted today in about 20 minutes, as I had the 12v run from splicing into the cigarette lighter in the fairing, so I just plugged them in, Drilled the holes and hooked them up. I got the floods instead of the spots because I'm a daytime driver and I just wanted this much visibility as possible. Very quality light module for 15 bucks ....Thanks again for the tip , my old ones were plastic and were put on with tape, now these sit perfectly straight up and down as in your picture..... here are the floods on Amazon:

The bolts that came with mine were fine, just had to add the 4 nuts for adjusting.....

This is one of mine. Note that I updated the way it is connected to the fender area. I put a sort of swing arm assembly on it for better stability. This setup also allowed me tyo drop the light lower, so that it would clear the fender without being out too far. The previous setup worked its way loose ever so often. This setup does not.

I put mine on and love them. They put out very good light. :D
