Always liked footplates on my various scoots over the years. Finally found some inexpensive ones for the PCX...

Re: Footplates...
Thanks all.
Been looking for footplates for a while but the extortionate price of the genuine Honda ones ruled them out. The Japanese and Thai PCX supply sites were also expensive when you factored in postage so I ended up on the Chinese eBay style site Aliexpress.
The ones I bought cost £36.45 delivered. Took about a month to get to me in Scotland, but arrived safe and sound in good condition. The only thing I did was ditch the screws supplied and bought a pack of stainless steel non-rust exterior window screws to avoid any corrosion. It remains to be seen how the plates stand up to a northern winter, but at £36 it doesn't matter too much.
The AliExpress store I bought from was called V-Best, although I think other sellers were offering similar.

Thanks for that! Smart thinking using stainless steel hardware. I'm with you. Whenever you can....switch them out!
