Honda Riders Club of America

Post by Mel46 »

When we purchased our bikes we were told that we were automatically enrolled as members of the Honda Riders Club of America. Unfortunately we did not get anything that validated this, and now our insurance is telling us that we must show proof of belonging to a riders club before they will give us a discount. The problem is that the web link we were given does not take us to their site, but instead takes us to a question and answer area in which the big question is where did they go. For those who want to look at the link we were given, it is www.hrca.Honda.com
Are any of you familiar with them? Are there other official riders clubs we could join? I'd rather go with Honda, but if we can't locate them we couldn't very well join, could we??

Others reporting the same problem only months ago! http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/2009/05/a ... e-to-join/

From what I could find, seems it was going down-hill, becoming powersports and their members discounts were discounted over-priced stuff inc. their own insurance.
