Hey Mel46 -

How is the progress after last year's accident going? You had mentioned that Mrs Mel probably would be able to ride this year, but that you might. Were you able to get out for a ride?

I have done some riding but because she is not riding with me, my riding has been very minimal. I know that I should ride more, and could, but there is something missing now. My agreement with my wife is that I would ride with someone else, rather than ride alone. I know that I could ask Dave and he would ride with me, and I appreciate that. It is just that I have less ambition toward riding without my wife. Keep in mind that we have done everything together for what seems like forever, so doing things without her is not a familiar thing for me now. Maybe if I do more riding with someone I will feel more in the mood, though my wife does remind me that she feels bad that she can't go too.

Thanks for sharing. Sorry to hear of you lack of desire to ride without Mrs Mel, but on the other hand it is a great testimony of a wonderful relationship.

Sounds like we need to go riding soon Mel! I bet Freddi's scooter could use a good workout, and I'm always up for riding something smaller than the VStrom.
