With great respect to gn2 and qed, could you leave off each other and let a very good thread continue as it was meant to? the OP has started one of the most important and informative threads on this forum and it would be a shame if it became diluted by any infighting.
No you don't want to show us respect, tell it like it is, we are a pair of cnuts.
