How to get your tail handed to you
This has been around awhile, but it bears seeing every now and then. Moral: The bigger their britches, the harder they fall.

The BMW driver hit him out of spite. Best not to mouth off to cagers, even if it's with good cause. They are driving a giant weapon, and BMW drivers in particular have a reputation for being douchebags.easyrider wrote:Don't understand that video. What did he hit ??

Re: How to get your tail handed to you
Absolutely the fault of the guy in the BMW, but the guy in the bike made two crucial mistakes.
Mistake #1: mouthing off to the guy in the BMW. If he had something to say, at least say it in a civil manner (although we don't know if there had been a prior altercation - I am suspecting not, because that would likely have been included in the clip, unless the guy on the bike was at fault and didn't want that part seen).
Mistake #2 riding in front of a car he knew was driving distracted. He should have stayed behind him ... well behind him.

Re: How to get your tail handed to you
Had potential for a similar situation tonight but handled it quite differently
Was touring and noticed something sprinkling on me and the precious. Thinking it was raining, it wasn't.
Two douchbags in a van were dumping the days chemical concoction of most likely carpet cleaning solution on the road right in front of me, this went on for blocks. I slipped out of the lane and goosed it up to the window and saw them laughing and gave them both the 'I see you sign'. Then I dropped back, took license plate pictures and flanked off to avoid road rage.
Called it in as illegal dumping on a Naperville street with a unknown chemical
Ask to have them arrested tonight and pay the enormous fine as that town takes this kind of thing very personal. Who knows what kind of crap they were dumping on me and the precious... van had no logo's
I expect the police will know soon enough and I don't feel any sympathy for those two tonight. If you disrespect the precious I might get even. All the cops have to do is open the van and see what was dumped and give me some feedback. I assume it was dirty water but hey... not funny.

Re: How to get your tail handed to you
I feel for the victim but do not join those who vilify the poor psychopath who ran him down--after all the biker as much as asked him to do it. The kid on the bike was most likely a spoiled brat who had never been as much as slapped once by his parents. Used to mouthing off with impunity.
Anyway, here is the best commentary I have seen on the subject of the video in the OP.
