I guess so. Installing a washer can cause some weird problems. I know. I have a scooter that vibrates like crazy according to rpm. 0.25mm 0.5mm 1mm matters. All different. Not a single one feels the same.
And I mean installing your vario on my scooter. I found one here. Somehow does not fit. I cannot install my starting gear. So bummer there
