Dealer said they might charge up to $230 to install heated grips depending on complexity of install.
Though I would never just allow such a high charge, it would be good to get some advice here on which are the most straightforward heated grips to install for the 150...
I'm looking at Oxford's and I want the idle stop to not affect charging. I also want the most potent model for extreme cold.
Suggestions on which model?

Re: Heated Grip Install
I'll be ordering myself based on effectiveness in icy weather. On here, I'm wondering which of let's say......Oxford's, have the least intensive install of the icy weather grade grips. I may have to pay more to get the basics I will need installed -but I'd like to avoid labor beyond say $100you you wrote:foggyhelmet wrote:Dealer said they might charge up to $230 to install heated grips depending on complexity of install.

There are Oxford 'Adventure', 'Commuter', 'Scooter', 'Sport' ......probably not going for the 'light' grips as they would only help through September
