UK 2015 PCX - removing mirrors

Post by iceman »

Just in case putting too much pressure on the mirror stalks can cause problems, are they hard to turn from new or will a decent pressure start un-threading them or not do anything cause it's the wrong way? (just do not want to put too much pressure on if I'm turning the wrong direction).

:)
I could not find a prior thread on here until I searched google which pointed back to this site. Reading that it seemed to vary dependant on yr, locale or how two parts we installed in the factory i.e RHT on one side and LHT on the other, or a mix.
I'll have a go - should not cause issues if I go the wrong way as little chance of ruining a thread.
