Those people don't know how to drive! It looks like they think their lane goes all the way across to the sidewalk. Its like as long as the trolley car doesn't hit them they are in the correct lane....and then 4 days later it didn't matter which side you drove on, as long as you could get out of town!

It's not that much different to some Queensland drivers today. No horses, but many don't seem to understand lane markings.

Makes me think of downtown Vancouver during rush hour.
