My first PCX ride today
My new 2015 PCX was deliverd yesterday, i sat out in my barn drawling over it last night and will be taking my first ever ride on it/one this morning, its a beautiful dry sunny crip Sunday, i have a full tank of fuel and I am like a 10 year old on Christmas morning.
Any doo's Dont'ts?? I will be taking it easy for quite some time, i believe its about 300 miles to run her in?

Re: My first PCX ride today
If it rains, wait about half an hour before going out(if you have to, fogging is a PITA).
If on a narrow road, you may want to take the center of the lane position, especially during a turn.
Be mindful of jaywalkers when choosing your lane position.
Other than that, it should be all good.

Its a place called New Aberdour Beach in North East Scotland, even nessy won't travel this far north......although the infamous 4 legged hairy Haggis is widely seen around dusk in these parts!!SECoda wrote:Is that Loch Ness way out in the water?![]()

Re: My first PCX ride today
Chief say's... last time we looked up a critter native to Scotland on YT referred to as " The Highland Midge" it was appalling. If he searches "hairy Haggis" is that going to be as bad for Scotland tourism?Aberdeen Scoot wrote:Its a place called New Aberdour Beach in North East Scotland, even nessy won't travel this far north......although the infamous 4 legged hairy Haggis is widely seen around dusk in these parts!!
Re: My first PCX ride today
I thought those Haggis were like rock Cornish hens. Succulent and tender when prepared properly.

Haggis is great. Still banned in the US though. I think it's something to do with the lungs in it.
