are there re-upholstery options here? could the frame become a project to explore a better design? did the dog get into the foam or just the material?

Alice, as homie mentioned, can you re-use the frame of the seat, choose some padding and fabric to suit your needs? Hmm...Pup might have done you a favor (okay, so I tried to make an excuse for the bow wow. Not working

If I thought it would fit on a 2015, I would pay the shipping and a few bucks more just to build us a better seat.

It's a pity, but at least a brand new seat is affordable (at least in the States: about $80) and someone can use the old one as a project. Some pics would be welcomed to assess the damage
