Plastic covers for handle bar stork...

Post by M6AEY »

So I adjusted my bars about an inch backwards yesterday and I have to say the handling and new seating position is great. I managed to chip one of the plastic dod's that cover the 4 hex bolts. Compared to babies in Africa it's not the end of the world but if there are easy to source replacements I'd like to do it as it is a brand new bike and I'm still in that phase of giving a shit what conditions she's in :)

Other than asking your Honda Dealer to order them, maybe try Ace Hardware? They have "special" hardware...fancy bits in separate cabinet. Or you can search hardware online and try matching it up.
Here I am suggesting Ace Hardware, and I have no idea where you live
I tried.

Looks like this is the part number for the 8mm hex bolt caps: 91455-KEA-000

You can find them for sale from a bunch of places online, from $2-$3 or so.
