PCX 125 or 150?

Post by betho »

Newbie here. My dealership has both models. Pretty sure I can get a good price on the 125. Are there any differences in the 150 besides larger engine that would warrant laying out the extra cash? (I'm not a speed demon by any stretch, riding a 50cc and happy to tool along on back roads.)

150 has uprated centrestand mount lugs.
Of the two the 150 is definitely the one to go for if you can afford it.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

Welcome to the forums!

The 150 is about 10mph faster, holds speed up steep hills much better, and gets the same or better mpg. If you'll never be riding steep hills or traveling over 50mph, you won't notice a difference -- otherwise, I'd pay the extra for the 150.
Currently ride: Nothing right now - mostly mountain biking with my boys until they're old enough to ride
