Take the Subaru. We'll stop and wait for you
OK, hopefully the queue at the petrol stations won't be too long so you won't have to wait long ;)

Up in the hills between Haworth and the Lancs border. Scenery, wind, and sheep.

Cool :) I love sheep lol :P

This weekend I've done half of a paediatric first aid course and babysat a 10 day old baby overnight on Saturday (I went to bed at 07:30 Sunday morning!), and next weekend I've got the other half of the course and I'll be 'babysitting' an 11 year old with DS overnight on Sunday, on top of a 'full time' week (4 x 10 hour days) - which is a bit of a shock when I've become used to doing 2 days! - so I think the following weekend I'll need a break... but after that - 22nd/23rd June and onwards - I should be free for some sort of a meet up. How about you?

What's the destination? Leeds and York are a bit far for me.
More than two wheels is too many.

I think one suggestion was Whitby, but we could probably travel the other direction if you were interested.

So... what's happening with this meet up?

I finally got my scooter insured again; managed to get it for just over £600 which might sound like a total rip-off but it's actually a little cheaper than last year :P But yeah, the good weather is already on the way out so don't want to leave it TOO long. I'm thinking by the end of August.

Ooh, I like the sound of this meet-up, but Yorkshire is just too far ........ being as I am in Deepest Dorzet. :(
Perhaps we could arrange a meeting down south as well? Anybody up for a late summer meet between Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, West Sussex? Sundays are good ..... Saturdays are bad!
Tom.

I would so be up for this, coming from the Scunthorpe/ Hull area and going to uni in Newcastle; however I moved State-side after graduation and that's where I've stayed and where my PCX is!!

Hmm this weekend I've got stuff to do, and I'm in London 17th/18th August :( Maybe September then lol :)

Sorry that it's no good for some of you. It's a shame there aren't many people interested who live nearby! :P

I thought you said every second weekend? And then you were away on the 31st? :P

I think I'm going to Middlesbrough one weekend, and the weekend that includes the bank holiday is probably the weekend for that!
