my first real motorbike was a 1976 Kawasaki KZ900 ....was a very fast bike for the time....lucky I didn't kill myself on it
This is a picture of one....but this pic is not me or my bike, as we didn't have digital cameras back then
That is lovely.
I’d have to adjust the offside front indicator though.

Re: what was your previous bike?
there are so many fabulous photos of members previous motorcycles on this thread WOW, great to see them, if I had to choose my favourite its hard but I love this of one Burgman 400 being transported across the country looks like a Forza to me!!

haha FISH what happened? did it arrive 2000 miles later? love thatfish wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 7:29 pm Burgman 400 - here it is being trucked 2,440 miles to its new owner in Portland, Oregon.
Traded it for a Piaggio Liberty 150iABS.
You can see my reflective 3M red pin-stripe and the front fender extender held by 3M tape only (no holes drilled), the mirror stem extenders from the UK, and golden adjustable levers from Japan. That's an Ermax sport screen from France - so much better than the head-battering stock screen. Flashing tailblazer brake bulbs and DrPulley sliders.
Like the little red Piaggio much better than I ever did the 489lb Burg! Maybe if it'd been Forza red!

Re: what was your previous bike?
My first bike was a 2009 50cc Honda Metropolitan that I rode 3400 miles. I sold it to buy my current 2017 PCX . Most likely my last bike since I turn 72 this year but I still ride I'm not planning on quitting for a few more years now. Just wish I had started riding earlier in life but at least I did start at 60.
Ride fast and keep it between the fences!

Re: what was your previous bike?
Good choice in rides there hondamatic! My first bike bought new was a red/white 1968 Honda 50 step-thru. Rode that thing hard and it just came back for more. MANY bikes later I just sold my Yamaha SR400 and bought a new Honda 2021 PCX…Great scooter! It may possibly be my last bike…but I you never know!
Be safe & Enjoy the ride! Cheers

Over the years I've had all sorts off bikes from cr250s and kx250s. Drz400 supermotos, rgv250, host off honda 400cc bikes and a bandit 400. Several cbr600s and blades. Love my early mk1 cbr600 jelly moulds. Trial bikes and quads as a kid too. Always had sports bikes in my garage.
