Best place for phone when riding, pocket, either in jacket or the one in the scooter.

Sena is the best solution for managing your phone and tunes on a motorbike IMO. Super voice clarity even over engine noise, no one suspects you're in a helmet.

I’ve also been looking for something and think I might go with the quad lock mount. A search online will get you to their page. You might need to check your bar diameter as I have seen some posts saying that the bars are 3/4 of an inch thick but on my 2019 they are 7/8 (22mm) which is fine for the quad lock.iNUKE wrote:Id like to buy it from amazon, any of you guys can recommend me one to fit in the center of the handle bars?

I have this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01 ... UTF8&psc=1
In conjunction with something similar to this, but without the hand tightening tool: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00T4PE9GI/ ... 8CbMS99B26
Works great for the middle of the handlebars.

If you press the pedestrian crossing button, go on red anyway & make everyone wait in front of an open road - may you poo a random sized cactus everyday.

Whatever you choose, also consider a backup plan, just in case the holder fails or just because you want to make sure nothing will happen to your phone while you ride. I use a releaseable zip tie after it is in the holder.

Re: Need suggestion for phone holder
Tigre fit clic mount.
I use one with the mount modified to fit across the bar clamps.
Been using it for satnav for the last 18 months, 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, no issues so far.

Here is a picture of where my Ram Mounts are and what I attach to them. Hope this gives you some ideas.
Don't mind the picture. It is raining so the windshield was a bit fogged over.Currently own:

Re: Need suggestion for phone holder
For Salcar57 and Melcar46, what RAM mount did you use to attach your cell phone holders to the handlebar--the Tough Claw, the U Clamp, ??? I would like to use the Tough Claw but not sure it would reach around the handle bar at any point. Thanks in advance.

Re: Need suggestion for phone holder
I use these on my scooters.... I hate ram phone holder... hitting the buttons and too awkward
see the clamp to hold the phone... easier and not bulky

I have mine mounting right in the middle of the bar clamps. I may have mounted upside down to make it work but can't remember. Works perfectly. Been using one since I bought the scoot.
