Why is any of this important? Has anybody seen different build quality between the pacific rim builds and the European entries?

Thought mine was made in the UK, turns out its Italian.
Riding a 2016 Honda PCX with 4000 miles (April 2018)

The 2 that I owned as well as my new Forza were built in Italy too :)
