I didn't know anything about these so I found a nice article on Scooter Guide about them, apparently Honda sold them off and on from 1986 to 2007 with barely any changes - talk about a blast from the past http://www.motorscooterguide.net/Honda/Helix/Helix.html

I see those for sale on Craig's List sometimes in my area but they usually look like they've seen better days or have high mileage.
The "Reflex" is another model Honda made that occasionally pops up for sale. By looking at one of those you can see how they evolved to the Forza and now the new Forza.
I wonder what it's story is? 1,237 miles divided by 15 years is only 82.5 miles per year! The town where the dealer is located is home to Stetson University - I'm guessing maybe it was owned by a Professor who lived about a quarter mile from campus but didn't like to walk - LOL

My wife and I saw one yesterday. It had a shiny red paint job. We both agreed that it looked strange, and then we compared it to a Morphous and decide the Morphous won the prize for the strangeous design.

With the bike still in showroom condition, I'm guessing that it was ridden for a year or two and then the owner lost interest or "upgraded" and put it in storage?
It does happen. I knew someone whose son used a scooter they bought for him just long enough to get through college. Then he parked it in their garage and never touched it again. They forgot about it until the father died years later and they cleaned out the garage only to discover it under a tarp sitting in a dark corner.
