Very fattening day. Enjoyed every minute of it.
I hope all of you had a wonderful day yesterday. I know that only U.S. members celebrate Thanksgiving, but hopefully others enjoyed the meaning. Having something to be thankful for is what it is all about.

Our grown son bought one of those deep fryers to try out. He first watched YouTube videos of all that could go wrong. Then he built a makeshift partition to hide behind, in case it exploded. We had an enjoyable time watching him sneak up on the fryer to see how the cooking was going. Lucky he had his Marine Corp training.
The turkey came out fine. Tasted great. That is how it should be when you plan with military precision.
