Hi,
I have 2017 PCX 125 and just successfully installed 164cc Power Pack from Yuminashi. There is one small(big) problem. Yuminashi Throttle Body doesn't work properly with my PCX. It revs up to certain RPM and chokes. Everything works fine with stock TB. I tried Yuminashi injector and it work fine with the stock TB (it's is impossible to installed it permanently). I contacted Yuminashi customer support but they don't reply. I expect more, specially I spent well over £500 in parts. This or another way, you guys are my only hope as I don't know what's wrong. Here's the link to the video so you can have a look:

Re: Yuminashi throttle body 2017 125 PCX
I have been using yuminashi 164 kit on 2012 non esp 125 pcx model without any problems. Recently I have replaced the head with 150 conversion and on cold engine I have some spluttering and hesitation in certain throttle range. I'm suspecting throttle position sensor or some other sensor that I have swapped from stock throttle body. Didn't have time to check and clean those sensors as it requires some tupperware dismantling and bike is my daily commuter. Don't think any of the sensors would be dirty on your 2017 pcx. Sorry I wish I could offer some more help. Did you try swapping just fuel injector?MadSteamer wrote:Hi,

Re: Yuminashi throttle body 2017 125 PCX
Thank you for your reply. I think I will take the Yminashi performance injector and adopt to a stock TB. Do you think that might work just fine? Is Yuminashi TB a performance upgrade or is it just to accommodate bigger injector? If so I will go for the injector in the stock throttle body.

Yuminashi TB gives more airflow and makes engine sound really nice. Does it come with sensors or you just swapped them from stock TB? I have old type manifold and TB and stock injector looks exactly the same as bigger one. On my engine injector is mounted on manifold not throttle body so it doesn't make any difference which TB I use.MadSteamer wrote:Thank you for your reply.
