Helmet and gloves obviously, but a three season jacket that you won't mind being in when it is hot would be a great place to start.
On my scoot, getting there is WAY more than half the fun!

A Givi dt323 tall windshield, adjustable shocks, adjustable brake levers, tailbox, extra lights front and back, and a good seat. For a 2013 model, that last one should be up there with the tall windshield. If you want to ride comfortably you will need a comfortable seat, and the 2013 model did not come with one.

To the op, have the dealer put a Battery tender pigtail on the battery terminals. He'll know what that is and then you'll have yourself quick access to charging your phone, gps, warming your winter gear, using a portable air pump, or keeping your battery topped. Other uses as well, but not mentioned here. You'll be glad you did
