I like the pannier bags. Can you post a link to them?

Nice setup and I concur about the panniers. . .soft luggage on the scoot is great for dropping in a loaf of bread or fizzy drinks in a hurry or packing up for a touring weekend.
For those who have added the side spot/flood/DRL lights on the front forks and don't know how to hook them up, the first thing to know is that some of those lights take more current than the regular lights do, so you may be better off connecting them directly to the battery, with an on/off switch on the handlebar, and an inline fuse. Just be sure to have a way to secure the switch when not in use. You don't want to forget to turn them off, and you don't want kids messing with it when you are in the store.
I have some little LED DRLS that I connected directly to the low beam. They don't pull much current, so they are fine. It is the larger ones that are described as Flood or Spot that you might find a problem.
