Not sure what the issue is as I think 'membership' is automatic when a person registers. If I recall correctly, all you need is a valid email address.

I scanned in one chapter of my SM and it was a pain without taking the manual completely apart, which I don't really want to do. I can't imagine how much time it would take to do the entire manual.

Don't know, he said he was waiting registration approval and thought weekend was the problem. Kramer says not the case that its automatic so who knows. No way to test it without making new registration. Maybe a spam filter took him out. Mentioned he was enjoying the read while he waits. I might ask him today whats up.
