Re: FORZA VIBRATION ISSUE: update - help needed

Closing in on 6000 miles on my Forza, rarely ride under 65 mph and still no vibration.

Re: Windscreen

Depends on how tall you are. I'm 6'1" and put the medium size Givi screen on my PCX, which put the wind buffeting directly on my helmet instead of my chest as with the factory screen. I didn't spend much time riding at full speed so it wasn't a big deal. Now with the Forza, I spend almost all o...

Re: Rear tire size

Thanks Mel, I figure I'm good now for the next 6-7 months. By that time I'm sure there will be more options for those of us in the States. I paid $60 for the Metzeler Feelfree at my local scooter shop. Always nice when you can support the local shop and still get a good deal. So far the tire feels b...

Plenty other Honda parts suppliers should be able to get them for you.

Re: Rear tire size

I too checked with several tire dealers and was told that the 150 would be ok. Not sure we here in the US have a choice. The 140/70-13 is nowhere to be found here and I couldn't find a dealer out of the country that has that size that ships to the US. Doubt the possible implications for ABS is worse...

Re: Rear tire size

I have had no problem finding the correct tire on the internet. It is around $51 and free shipping. I have ordered 3 of them over time. Mel, you have a link for the 140/70-13 for a Forza? The link you sent me a few days ago didn't have that size. Lots of places sell PCX tires but the Forza 140/70-1...

Re: Rear tire size

That's what I had to use on the rear wheel after not being able to locate a 140/70-13 here in the US.

Re: Puncture

Just replaced the tire today after 9 months with it the tire. Looks the same as when it went in. Wipes away cleanly and easily with a damp rag. Says right on the bottle "One treatment good for the life of the tire"

Re: New rear tyre

Put a Metzeler FeelFree rear tire on today. 5400 miles on the original ScootSmart and the belts were peeking through.

No. Ride-On is a one time application for the life of the tire.

Re: Puncture

+1 I posted a link to Ride-On on this site nearly three years ago. I would not ride without it. This is nothing like Slime. I wouldn't waste my money on Slime or Dyna Beads.

Anybody know where I can get the ScootSmart tire here in the USA? Having a hard time locating a 140/70-13 rear tire.

Re: Forza Review

So.... For cross country type of travel or even state to state, the Forza might might not be the appropriate machine? I was hoping that the Forza would be a relaxed machine at 70 and provide a long distance option. It appears from the testimony here, that is not the case. I'm disappointed! P.S. May...

Re: Forza Review

Over 4000 miles. All day at 55mph - absolutely, all day at 65 mph - no problem, all day at 70 mph - yes but "I" wouldn't prefer it. Short trips at 70 - 75 mph - absolutely.

Re: Forza Gas Gauge acting up

Its really simple, fill tank to the brim, zero trip A and when it shows double what the economy meter shows in mpg there's half the economy meter left. e.g. when the trip says 150 miles and the economy meter shows 75 mpg there's 37.5 miles left. Forza fuel tank is 3.0 US gallons. I multiply the eco...
