Re: So I completely screwed up and stripped the oil bolt hou

Don’t lose too much sleep over this. It’s happened to many. It’s not the end of the world, seriously. It sounds fixable.

Re: PCX Ride from NJ to CA - Part I

Lived in SD growing up close to Nebraska, heat in July is not that bad, it all depends on the weather patterns at that time. Just know that storms and winds will show up quick. Flatlands = lots of side winds.

Re: PCX Ride from NJ to CA - Part I

An obvious part of planning is to make sure you space out your gas stops or bring along at least a gallon gas can for reserve. The I system is not something I’d even attempt on the light PCX. Navigating with GPS or your phone is easy enough if you tell it to avoid Interstate roads.

Re: Favorite windshield?

Tall National Cycle windshield is perfect for me. 16.5", so it says, but sits perfectly in place for my 5'10" frame plus helmet so I can see just over the windshield and still be totally buffeted from wind. Night and day difference from not having it.

Re: Average age of PCX/Forza owners?

Just turned 41, went from Zuma 50 and moving over for the faster traffic to 2013 PCX 150. Loving the ride and mpg! Just need to find a service manual ... hint hint. Not sure if anyone can PM me yet, not enough posts. Lots of learning so far here!

Re: PCX 150 top speed?

I have a National Cycle Touring tall windshield. I don't know about the belt, so I have to assume that it's the original with almost 9000 miles on it, and everything else original. Just changed the oil, with no difference in performance. Just added a 30 liter tail box with no difference in performa...

Re: How-To: Valve Adjustment for Honda PCX

Let me be the next to say "Thank you" for this write up. I am still torn apart in the garage, but valves were barely if any off. It's ok, always fun to tear apart a new machine and get to know how it works, so not a total waste of time. The reason, it's still apart is because I'm waiting o...

Re: How-To: Oil Change For Honda PCX

I tried searching this thread, anyone use 0w-30 Mobil 1 for engine oil? Any reason not to?
