nah, cannot really think that this could be a normal, it much to significant and irritating.
I kinda lean towards that something is fishy with my back wheel...

Ok, now I have driven it on the stand, all the wayy up to 100kmh, and no such rocking whatsoever, just normal vibrations. But when I looked at the backwheel while running, it looks abit unblanced or askew, is that the word? Anyway, time to take it to the dealer and force him to take a testride eithe...

Could be one or both wheels out of balance. Yes, but shouldn't the 'rocking' be abit faster then? a 14 inch wheel should turn about 9-10 times around its axis per second if the speed is 35kmh = 10m/s - the frequency then should be much faster on the rocking if its correlated to each 'lap' so to say...

Just thought of that myself this morning, so, I will try that tonight.
If it's still there, then it has to be something with the engine/transmission...

Is there a way to adjust the force that keeps the seat in an open position?

Well, about the economical view,

I had a PCX125, it ran on 0.22l/100km, 11 HP, the Forza runs on 0.32l/100km, 24 HP.

So where do find a more economical 280cc scooter?

~3.3 litres / 100km
makes approx 71 MPG (US) / 83 MPG (UK)

Last time i refilled the tank it was after 292km, fitted in ~9.4 litres, (about 2 liters left I assume) that's about 3,2l / 100km.
Then the tank gauge showed more than full.
