Emperors New Clothes
So will the mighty PCX be dethroned by Yamahas NMax? ABS, front and rear discs, slightly faster top speed and acceleration plus better value timing at 6000rpm. Also a 4000 mile service interval v Hondas 2500. If they had a closed glove box and 12v plug they'd have really nailed it. I've had to put m...

2013/14 Hump Model
I've managed to find a honda dealer selling off brand new 63 reg late 2013 early 2014 models, still the one with the awful hump with a top box fitted and complete with the 2 year warranty and roadside assistance. On the road price is £2370. Should I be biting their arm off? Part of me still prefers ...

Re: Thinking about buying a 2015 PCX but ...?
If we're naming and shaming....Chichester Honda, who clearly have so much business that they can afford to ignore paying customers, or don't give a toss if they have IT problems as long as their pretty website's up and running. You aren't having my money any time.... And Crescent in Southampton? Du...

2mtrs does seem the best length for most situations and it should be fine for the underseat storage. Mind you id probably out a bit of carpet/lining down first

Okay, so here's a picture of my lockup(pre-cover): http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/mediequick/15f97378-3cca-4ffd-b745-66808c6e1371_zps0tggmh13.jpg Those are two 2m Pragmasis 13mm Protector chains with a looped(last link is a large circle) end. The front can't be taken off simply by popping t...

Re: Chain Length
Would either a 1.5 or 2mtr almax fit in the underseat storage?? Yes, but as mentioned, the entire point of a chain is the ability to secure it to an immobile object, or to lock one part to another. Kinda want to make sure you can actually use that feature, instead of buying the biggest baddest chai...

Chain Length
After a motorbike was stolen from outside my home last night I'm even more worried about getting my pcx next month. I therefore need some help from you guys. If I wanted to thread an almax chain through both the front and rear wheel what length of chain would I need? At least I'd stop it from being ...

Re: Hello from a new owner in the UK!
As a newbe the only advise I can give is to make the assumption everyone one the road on 4 wheels (or more ) is going to kill you and be ready for the stupid things they do. As a cyclist I make that assumption already ;) You can say that again. Even pedestrians give as good as the motorists too o_O

Okay I don't have access to a garage and being able to park next to a lamppost every night is not guaranteed so I'm looking at security options. My plan is to get an 1.5mtr almax chain and lock, I'll put this trough the rear wheel even if I don't have access to the lamppost. I'll also use an alarmed...

I'm also a cbt rider. North east England. Paying £108 on my 2015 Pcx. Pays to look around is that FC? And what excess? I can get £284 in London but £1500 excess o_O I've used all the comparison websites and others and all throw up the same results  Probably just get a 2012 model and import a ...

2015 v 2012/13
Right so yesterday I went around London looking at scooters. Apart from a Yam XMax the PCX was miles ahead of everything else. Being 6'1 tall is also a factor of the size scooter that I want, plus I want to take my A2 licence and get a T Max or equivalent in the not too distant future. My issue is a...
