Hi PCX'ers a happy new year to all and finally got around to posting this, it's edited somewhat because my original draft was too too long. Anyways here goes. Right side view includes footboards, Yoshimura exhaust system, home brewed undertail, mirrors, and powerbypcx seat amongst others

Dash view includes clock, bikerz bar clamps, and bikerz master cylinder cover. These as supplied were a little too 'pyrimidal' for my taste so they were filed, draw filed, and wet and dryed before a final polish for the desired look. Also shown is the non chromed stem cover off a Forza, yes it fits, just. I prefered the look over the stock chromed cover

Trusty fork lowers have been fitted with YSS PDD valves, 2 turns in (thanks Oyobun for recommendations and info) also 15w motul fork oil. Oversized rotor and adapter modded to trusty forks. Ride and braking much improved over stock.

Mirrors from ebay, nice look. Performance isnt that great though. Inspired by white noise who poked fun at the stockers :) Also the adjustable levers and pivot bolts are custom pieces

What is the switch for on the right handlebar, close to the master cylinder? I couldn't get any of my switches to fit there because it was just too tight of an area.

Getting to that Mel, part of the HID/LED lighting setup

Prepping for the HID /halos/ cree spots. Do not buy the powerbypcx setup, it melted my reflector, this is my own retrofit using parts from the Euro headlamp and the US headlamp with 1/2" larger (2 1/2" projectors) with COB LED halos

Halos on, spots on, and HID headlights on highbeam. I wired the system thus...
Halos on everything else off
Halos on low beams on
Halos on high beams on
Halos on high beams on cree spots on
High beams on halos off cree spots on
low beams on halos off cree spots off
This required an additional 2 switches handlebar mounted becuse the HID's are not twin 'filament' bulbs, they us a mechanical shutter within the projector housing. Performance is about 150-200% better than the stock halogens

Performance upgrades are NCY super transmission kit (only the variator and rear driven pulley used), and the suspension mods shown and described. Any questions feel free to ask. All the best for the new year PCX'ers. Keep calm and carry on modding :)

Mel, these are just on/off 7/8" handlebar switches I found on ebay. They're small enough to fit before the bend and so far no reliability issues at all. They are very positive in action and audiable to boot. I use one for the Halos, and one for the high beams/crees on/off, the highbeams just require the projector shutter to raise so the electrical current is small. I think the switches are rated about 10A

Cool... approaching Harley status where accessories are worth more than the bike.
