Honda SH300i 2007 transmission problems

Hello,
I'm from Bulgaria. I have SH150i (2005) and recently bought SH300i (2007).
The bike had problems with variator and clutch so I bought brand new genuine variator + genuine belt Honda-Bando. Here are the parts I bought:
1) Movable drive, boss, ramp, sliders and rollers.
2) Drive face 22102-KTW-900.
3) Driven faces/torque driver + clutch.
4) Belt Honda Bando 23100-KTW-901 (Thailand)
Here is the problem:
This is a photo before instalation of new variator + belt. The problem is that the new belt is also rubbing on case. I can hear it hitting the case during acceleration at low speed (10-15-20km/h), deceleration, constant speed 30-40, and sometimes in different conditions. So what can be the problem? Everything is stock. Why?
I have to mention that the scooter has problems with final reduction also. There was 'gear' noise when I'm riding over 40km/h and it's loud. I suspected the bearings, so I replaced all bearings and seals inside + swingarm bearing/seals but seems the bearings were not the problem, because I have the same noise after replacement. Now the only solution I can see is to replace the gears also...
Anything common with the rubbing belt? (the drive/clutch shaft has new bearings)
I'm thinking on another thing - is it possible the belt to be directional? Now it's installed with the label readable when you are in front of variator side.
