The replacement belt has made no difference to performance whatsoever.

It is exactly the same as when fitted with the original 9000 mile old belt, so Honda's guidance of 15'000 mile changes seems fair.

My rollers however are original (17g) and are quite heavily flat spotted.

I have been playing with roller weights recently to no avail, I will report back later.

I would suggest Mr Honda knows how to set his bikes up for a good mixture of performance with economy.......
How does 23100-KWN-901 belt works compared to 23100-KZR-601 ????

So now you are 100% SURE - they are IDENTICAL ? 23100-KWN-901 and 23100-KZR-601 ???
???? Did you try to measure length ?!

Yes as I said the dimensions are identical.

They are the same length

They have the same amount of ridges inside

They are, well, in all but part number, identical!

Wanting to save me some £££ I bought me the belt and roller set (£25) and is now ready to do the change over. my bike is now at 18890 miles so I think I really need to change the belt. Can anyone tell me how hard or easy it is to change the belt and rollers and how long it might take me? Any video will be greatly appreciated.
On another note, do I have to change the rollers or can they stay on?
If you want to improve the top speed you need to put heavier rollers, as it also influences the transmission belt, when it is worn you lose speed.
Replacing the belt and rollers is very easy and it takes no long time, but you will need a special wrench to disassemble the drive.
On youtube there are many videos explaining the process and it is really easy. Cheer up.

If you want to improve both takeoff speed and top end, buy the NCY variator and drive face, as well as 13 gram rollers. If you can not get NCY in your part of the world, there are other variator manufacturers available. However, note that sliders and NCY variators do not mix well. I think it was mentioned that the NCY variator has a Teflon coating which has some kind of problem with Dr. Pulley sliders. I don't know the whole story on that. I just know that others have mentioned this possible problem.
If you just want a quicker takeoff, buy 13 gram Dr. Pulley Sliders.

Well, at least I know what belt fits my 2013 PCX 150. I wish I could help on the other belts. I kept my old belt when I bought a new one from the dealer, so I have both the package that the new belt came in, plus the original belt with its part number. I know that there was some discussion concerning belt part numbers for the pcx 150 as well, so I am attaching a picture of the belt number for a 2013 pcx 150 from the belt that came on my machine when I purchased it.

If you live in Europe you may have a problem getting the NCY products. In the United States we usually get them from corsportusa.com. Here is a thread that is active right now that discusses the same kit. Hopefully it will have some of your answers.
