I would like to get the CORRECT Part Number for the 2015 PCX150 Service Manual...
My Bike:
Make: Honda
Year: 2015
Model: PCX150
*** Serial # KF20XXXXX ***
So, something as changed... serial number KF12XXXX - KF179999
And the after 2014 Honda PCX150 - serial number KF18
I need the Part Number for the Service Manual for 2015 and starting with serial number KF18XXXX

Try this
When the new model came out, the older manual simply received an addendum. Keep this in mind when you are shopping. If you come across something that says its specifically for the 2015 and newer, it's likely just the addendum and not the full manual.
