Hi
I've had my Forza for around 3 months now (it's a 2013 plate) and I really really love it. Previously always had bikes (last two were CBF600 and VT750) but now a scooter convert. Anyway I've just bought some expensive heated gloves which work fantastically - but they are only waterproof up to a point, so I want some handguards just to deflect the worst of the rain from my hands (ie they don't need to be wrap-arounds - just something to shield my hands). Anyone know of where I can get some handguards to fit my Forza? Ideally I'd like some white ones to match the scooter, but I guess black would do!
Thanks!

Hi JDW,
how about a location so we know if recommending local or mail order for you.
Here is what I used as a template and made my own:

Hi Larry
Thanks for your response - I have now added a location to my profile! I checked out the pictures of your Forza - the handguards look pretty neat and are unobtrusive - so are the leg-guards, a great idea. I guess I'm looking for something quite curvy, to go round my hands a little bit but not actually enclosing them (eg not like muffs), ready made and probably colour-coded to match my Forza (white), so I'll keep hunting. Really appreciate your post, thanks again.

Re: Handguards
Maybe some racing hand guards like these from Moose:
http://www.amazon.com/Moose-Racing-Comp ... uto_text_y
Since there aren't any made specifically for the Forza (that I'm aware of), you'll need a universal type mount to the handle bars or the mirror mount.
Do a Google search for Universal Motorcycle Handguard for more retail options.

Re: Handguards
Hi,
I really like those Moose handguards - I found a pair of white ones for sale on e-Bay UK - see link below. They look like exactly what I'm after:

Now I just need to source a suitable universal mount. Thanks again for your help! I'll upload a photo when I get some fitted.
