Hi Doletotodole,

The most likely problems:

1. Check for loose battery cable, very easy and quick.

2. Maybe your battery is defective ( It happens even in new batteries sometimes ).

The charging system could have a problem but much less likely.

I find a repair shop to check the battery, it is fully charged.
I now have no option but to request a return or swap from seller. or technical help from seller that will solve this problem.

Let us know when you find out what it is... I think it would be pretty hard to find service for a PCX in China since they do not sell them there ? I will still cover all the simple things first, loose cable somewhere, battery that has voltage, but will not put out enough AMPS, etc. I would try jump starting it with another battery. The voltage can be good, and the battery can still not deliver enough amps, see what it does. That is quick and easy to do.
